At MedLifeTees (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our valued customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
1. Processing Time
- Order Handling: We process and prepare orders for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Business Days: Orders placed after 2:00 PM may begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping Only: We ship to the lower 48 states in the U.S., including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Standard Shipping: Typical transit times vary based on the customer’s location relative to our California facility. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after they leave our location.
- Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Expedited rates are not covered by free shipping on orders over $40 and will be calculated at checkout.
- No International Shipping: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any international destinations.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders over $40 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate: Orders under $40 incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
- Expedited: Fees for expedited shipping vary by carrier and destination; these are calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Details: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Carrier Websites: You can monitor the progress of your shipment by visiting the UPS or USPS website (or the Pirate Ship tracking link if provided).
5. Delivery Delays & Issues
- Carrier Delays: While we strive to ship orders promptly, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier disruptions, weather events, holiday backlogs).
- Delayed Orders: If you have not received your order one week after the expected arrival date, please contact us at support@medlifetees.com or call 760-912-3976. We will offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.
- Wrong Address: If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships; otherwise, you may need to coordinate with the carrier directly.
- Consolidating Multiple Orders: If you place multiple orders on the same day and wish to combine shipping, please email support@medlifetees.com as soon as possible. We may be able to ship them together, though this is not guaranteed.
6. Multiple Shipments
- Single Location Fulfillment: All orders ship from the same location in California.
- Same-Order Shipments: We normally ship all items in one package. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you before splitting the shipment.
7. Seasonal & Holiday Shipping
- Extended Transit Times: Peak holiday seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas) can extend shipping times. MedLifeTees is not liable for delays caused by high shipping volumes or carrier issues during these periods.
