Refund Policy

At MedLifeTees (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality T-shirts made to order. Please review the following policy regarding refunds, replacements, and store credits.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Window: You must report any damaged or defective item within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition & Proof: Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Replacement: If we determine the item is defective or damaged based on your photos, we will mail a replacement the following business day at no additional cost.
- Refunds & Store Credit: If a replacement is not feasible, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
2. No Refunds on Made-to-Order or Custom Designs
- Made-to-Order Apparel: All T-shirts are made to order based on your chosen design and are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
- Special Custom Design Requests: On rare occasions, we may create a custom design based on your input. In such cases, the design remains the property of MedLifeTees. No refunds are provided for these custom items unless deemed defective.
3. Refund & Return Procedure
- Initiate a Return: To report a damaged or defective item, please email support@medlifetees.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Approval: We will respond with instructions after reviewing the evidence. If a physical return is requested, we will provide shipping details.
- Store Credit: In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund or replacement. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any item, including sale products.
4. Shipping Errors & Wrong Addresses
- Customer Responsibility: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you are responsible for contacting UPS or USPS to correct the issue.
- Our Mistake: If the error is ours, we will replace or reship the order at no cost to you.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order is lost or stolen in transit, we will work with UPS or USPS on a claim. However, replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
5. Store Credit Policy
- No Expiration: Store credit remains valid indefinitely.
- Usage: You may use store credit toward any product, including sale or clearance items.
- No Restocking Fee: Since each T-shirt is made to order, there is no restocking fee.
6. Additional Conditions
- Proof of Purchase: We may require an order number or confirmation email when processing any returns or exchanges.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for size or design errors on the customer’s part. If you have a unique concern, please contact us; in some cases, we may offer store credit as a courtesy.
- Ownership: Any custom artwork or special designs we create remain the exclusive property of MedLifeTees and cannot be reproduced or resold by others.
